NSDA Complaint Form

NSDA is dedicated to improving our hobby. We police our own membership, and offer our members and our customers a dispute resolution forum thru our Complaint system.

As with any type of complaint system, we highly encourage those with a dispute or complaint to attempt to work out the problem. If you and the other party can't seem to get it all straightened out, you can use this forum.

We look into dealer to dealer, customer to dealer and dealer to customer complaints. Use the handy button below to use our on line form.

Please make sure you have all correspondence (copies of sent and received), receipts etc. available to send to us for use during the complaint process.

NSDA strives to work for it's members and customers in our mutual love, Philately.
What happens when a complaint is received?

1. If you submit the complaint via the web form (button below), the complaint
will go to the office. You will need to send follow up paper work when told to do so. An alternative is to print out the page from your browser, fill in the blanks and send all the paper work at once.

2. The complaint will be looked into. You will be contacted and the other party will abe contacted. If it can be worked out it will be done. If not then:

3. The NSDA Disciplinary Board, consisting of the President, Vice President and The Treasurer will review the complaint.

4. The Disciplinary Board will forward its recommendation to the NSDA
Board of Directors. Their decision regarding recommendations to resolve the matter will be sent to the parties involved in the Complaint.
